Scicos has been published

It has been a great pleasure and a real honor for me to have our book translated into Chinese by Professor Qin Shi-Yin and his colleagues. I have worked closely with Chinese colleagues in the past few years to promote the use of open source Scilab/Scicos software at Chinese universities and research institutes. I would like to mention specifically Professor Hu Baogang who has been at the origin of this adventure and has since put a lot of time and energy into it. Thanks to him Scicos is now known and used by many in China.
