Patches for known bugs in scicos-4.2.1:
- The functions lincos and steadycos do not work
properly in Scicos 4.2.1.
To fix the problem, extract the content of the archive
patch.zip in the directory
scilab/macros/auto and restart scilab.
- Only on Vista: the Open and Save as operations use
as default file mask the xml extension. The default should be cos. The
xml file format in Scicos is introduced on an experimental basis; the
format may change in the future. It is strongly recommended to always save
copies of Scicos diagrams in cos or cosf formats.
- Only on Vista: closure of a scope window when the simulation is
running may crash Scicos. Make sure to stop the simulation using the
"stop" button on the main Scicos diagram Window before closing the
scope.
- Closing the dialog box of a block by clicking on the x in the
top corner of the GUI may result in an error message written in the
Scilab windox. Ignore the message.
