Phase/Frequency tristate Detector block

That block concatenate a CPF block and a charge pump block.

**Lenght of anti-backlash pulse (0:No pulse/Length of pulse [s])**

The duration of the delay for the Return At Zero of the output states of the flip-flops. Set it 0 to disable event output port and third event input port.

Type 'vec' of size -1.**Output current [A]**

The maximum output current of the charge pump.

Type 'vec' of size -1.**Mean of Leakage current [A] (0:No constant leakage)**

The mean of the noisy current or the constant leakage current.

Type 'vec' of size -1.**Variance of leakage current [A] (0:No variance)**

The variance of the noisy current.
